I decided to book a night in the executive suite. This is a mixed review! Staying in this hotel in the past has been great from free meals on my bday, great game playing and great service. Food at the restaurants were really good.
in the executive suites (we were on the 5th floor). One night someone did have a little too much of _ an argument broke out above us about 4 a.m. Staff is pleasant!! With this location the security is very visible and extremely nice. With the stay you receive complementary breakfast pass, food was continental breakfast - the earlier the better selection. It looked like the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time (mildew and stains), we cleaned it the best we could so we felt comfortable taking showers. The room wasn’t extremely horrible but after we checked in we immediately went to the nearby store to purchase cleaning supplies. She really wasn’t tentative I had to mention my name twice (and I don’t have a soft voice at all).
Good stay for the area, the front desk experience was interesting, The person who checked us in needed a little bit of a crash course on customer service, my interpretation of her is that I should be lucky to have her attention.
